This Big Dipper W-200-IS Internal Strainer unit is one of twelve installed to treat greasy kitchen effluent flows in each of the 12 schools of the Wilson (NC) City School System. The units were installed between 1994-95 and have been keeping the School System in compliance with the Wilson Pretreatment program ever since.

 

This Big Dipper W-1000-AST (Automatic Solids Transfer) System is one of two that service the Mission St. Joseph's Healthcare System in Asheville, NC. This particular unit was installed in July of 2000 and the other unit in October of 2000. Each W-1000-AST system removes an average of 30 gallons of grease every two weeks.
